- Bubbah is now 7 (nearly 8) and still constantly makes me laugh/melts my heart
- We have a flat after several years of living with our parents and it feels so nice to have somewhere to call our own home. Granted we're renting and we're first floor so there's no garden but we are blessed with at least four different parks nearby and a massive patch of grass just down the road that usually has a goal post left out for local kids to play with.
- After a few years training and gaining a level 3 childcare diploma I have started working part time at a local nursery who are so good at letting my hours fit around Bubbah's school hours and medical appointments
- We're on the way to having Bubbah diagnosed as autistic. It's taken several years to do so and we're about half way through the process (which is LONG) but his school have been great at adapting to what helps him and working with us to support him and his needs.
We're still definitely on a budget (as I think pretty much everyone is) and I have some posts planned to talk about how we're trying to gain a bit of extra money every so often and how we try and save money wherever possible too, including teaching a young child about budgets in a way that isn't too overwhelming or pressuring on them but helps them keep things like a budget in mind when making requests for something expensive.
Now everything has settled I'm hoping to be posting a lot more regularly so hopefully see you soon!
